Declaration of dividend for the year ended 31st March 2018

The Board of Directors of Vodacom Tanzania PLC is pleased to, subject to obtaining approval from the Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held on Friday 17 August, 2018, recommend a gross dividend of TZS 17.33 per issued and fully paid up share.

Pursuant to the declaration of dividend, the timetable for dividend payment will be as follows:

Trading of shares cum div:	11^thJune – 1sr July 2018
Trading of shares ex div:	2^ndJuly 2018
Record date:	4^thJuly 2018
Payment date:	30^thNovember 2018
