Pipes Industries Co. Limited (PIL) is a private limited liability Company incorporated under Company Ordinance (Cap 212) of the laws of Tanzania with Certificate of Incorporation No. 88013 of 8th December 2011. The company was incorporated to carry on the business of manufacturer, importers and exporters of pipes, plastics, bottles, bottle stoppers and all kinds of containers including basins, trays, plastic lines, pipes manufacturers, and dealers in all kinds of plastic goods.
PIL is a newly formed company specifically engaged in the business of manufacturing high quality PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), GRP (Glass - Reinforced Plastic), and Steel pipes which are on high demand in Tanzania markets especially in the Agriculture, Construction and Mining sectors. The company is based at Vingunguti Industrial area in Dar es Salaam city. The plan is underway to open up distribution outlets in various regions of Tanzania in the near future.
