Ms. Justina T. Mashiba

Ms. Justina is currently working as Chief Executive Officer for the Universal Access Fund since 2019. She has 24 years' experience as professional lawyer having worked in various capacities including company secretary for UCSAF for a period of eight years and Head of Legal Unit for GPSAS and legal counsel for TRA. She holds a Master's degree in international business economics and management from Belgium and Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Dar Es Salaam
