Mr. John A. Rubuga

Mr Rubuga has more than 32 years' experience as Economist having worked with the Bank of Tanzania in areas of economic analysis, programming and financial stability. He has also worked with the Ministry of Finance and Planning as the Commissioner for External Finance. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts -Economics degree from the University of Dar Es Salaam.
